Come kayak or paddleboard through quiet coves along the shoreline of Mountain Island Lake. The least developed of the three Catawba River-fed lakes in the Charlotte area is home to fewer boats and lots of wildlife. We provide all the equipment dropped off right to you at Neck Road Boat Ramp in Huntersville, rental includes everything you'll need for a fun and safe day on the lake! This is a self-guided rental. Other launch locations are available upon request.

We will meet at the first parking lot and will launch from the grassy area. See map below, P is where you will park and meet and X is where we will launch from.
